The Defense Ministry of Japan intends into the next 5-15 years to arm army with robots and automatic intelligence officers. These futuristic plans are presented in the prepared by the staff of technological studies of ministry report about the basic directions of defense technologies in middle- and the long-term outlook. Its authors determined 20 specific guidelines, on which it is intended to develop and to inject new technologies, proposing specific periods. To the creation of systems with the use of "numerous robots", capable, in particular, of revealing explosive devices and of accomplishing a ground survey, it is removed from 5 to 10 years, multifunctional automated systems, intended both for conducting of reconnaissance, and for the war shooting - from 5 to 15 years, to the computerization of the systems of delivery of fire and the development of the multipurpose systems for control by weapon - to 10 years. Meanwhile as it became today known, the ministry of the economy, trade and industry of Japan prepared the project, which foresees the stiffening of control of the export, so that the newest Japanese technologies, which can be used for military purposes, you do not burn into the hands of potential enemy.
