Israel distributes on the boundary of throttle control the robotized monitoring systems, reports The Register.
Monitoring system is the complex of defensive installations - walls and barrages, in combination with the cameras of observation and the machine-gun weapon emplacements Mini Samson, capable of automatically recognizing purposes and of conducting fire.
Towers Mini- Samson, equipped with heavy machine guns, are developed by corporation Rafael. They are equipped with the contemporary optical-electronic stations, which make it possible to recognize purpose and to direct weapon including under the conditions of poor visibility. Besides the machine guns, such complexes can be equipped with antitank missiles, automatic grenade dischargers and another armament. Besides the stationary monitoring systems, complexes Mini Samson are used also for equipping the armament. Remote control of machine gun makes it possible pointer to remain inside the machine, which decreases the probability of injury or loss from the return fire.
The Russian analog of complex Mini Samson is module the "jib", installed on the modernized combat vehicles of infantry and the armored carriers.
